Our Series 2 modular cell solutions build on the proven flexibility of the Series 1 system while offering significantly increased storage capacity. They are specifically designed for production environments with short cycle times and high material flow — making them the ideal choice for feeding medium- and large-batch components.
Series 1 and Series 2 are fully compatible. Most accessories developed for Series 1 cells work seamlessly with Series 2, ensuring fast and cost-effective integration. Sensors and control units are pre-wired into the cell structure before delivery — greatly simplifying installation.
An optional docking unit is available, allowing cells to be moved between machines, even during shift changes. Like Series 1, Series 2 cells can be used for a wide range of tasks and are easy to relocate thanks to their rigid base frame.
We offer several base frame structures that can be assembled in countless variations. Some versions feature wider side panels, others narrower ones; the wider panels allow for the integration of a control cabinet.
The cell system also includes a complete safety solution, including safety scanners, fixed covers, and optional safety fencing — even as an upgrade.
